· 직책 : 물류/무역사무
· 근무지역 : 포틀랜드법인(5510 NE Courier Court , Suite 100, Portland, OR )
· 근무시간 : 10:00 A.M ~ 18:30 P.M (30mins Lunch)
· 연봉 : 약 $31,200 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
· 급여 외 보상 : 점심제공, PTO(5 days including sick leaves), Paid Holidays, 추가 근무 없음
직무안내:
- Export
- Manage/ monitor bookings on a daily basis
- Work closely with the customers (all Americans) for their loading plan towards bookings
- Work closely with ocean carriers for any ETD/ cut off/ vessel changes
- Create bookings thru carriers’ website/ portal and manage
- Container trucking
- Send work orders to trucking companies
- Monitor container delivery status
- Send a daily tracking report
- Domestic transportation
- Send a weekly dispatch list to truckers
- Send pick up#s to truckers
- Monitor pick up/ delivery status
